Electronic signature
In the questionnaire you can include question type 'Signature', which you will find among all of the question types on the left side of the screen. An electronic signature can be used for registrations, logins, confirmations, etc.
The question is shown to the respondent in two parts: the first part is the field where the respondent is graphically signed , and the second part is field 'Signature of', where the respondent inputs – types his name. If the respondent fails to fill in the 'Signature of' field, the signature is not recorded, therefore it is recommended that the respondents should be warned that they must fill in all the fields.
The signature is recorded in two parts: graphically (as a link to a signature image) and textually (what the respondent entered in the 'Signature of' field).
