If you wish to analyse individual respondent groups without asking for identification, you can simply create groups before you send out a survey. Example: you wish to distinguish between companies or their employees, so you create a group for each company (company A, company B, company C).
You can create groups in one of two ways:
Data for all the groups is stored in one database, while a new variable for groups is created within the database, through which they can be identified in the analysis. This functionality works similarly to languages. One of the advantages is the option of creating conditions for each group within the questionnaire, so you determine which questions appears for which group. As in the case of languages, groups can also be used in conditions (IF). Variables 'group' and 'language' are available in dropdown menu within settings for conditions, but only if at least 2 groups or respondents are defined or the questionnaire is designed in at least two languages.
